When I was a little girl my Mom used to tell me, “Child, just because we ain’t rich doesn’t mean we need to look poor.” That advice has remained with me ever since.

We need to reclaim some of the character we seem to have lost over the years. And, we need to refresh our appearance and cause our properties to increase in value. We need to revitalize our community spirit and our pride in ownership. We must energize our neighbors to love and care for their homes and neighborhoods.
